Wheatgrass Books has entered its 12th year of business. Owner, Lisa Snow, bought the business, the Drawing Room, from Patricia Buckley in 2012. Lisa changed the name, added a juice bar, and over time expanded the gallery, the selection of gifts, and books. Wheatgrass is now a balance of new books, gifts, souvenirs and a gallery. With year-round author and artist events, Wheatgrass celebrates on a daily basis the beauty that we can find in the written word and in the art of illustration.

A Livingston Selfie Mural by Local Artist Kay Potter

“Once upon a time when women were birds, there was the simple understanding that to sing at dawn and to sing at dusk was to heal the world through joy. The birds still remember what we have forgotten, that the world is meant to be celebrated.”
– Terry Tempest Williams
