Create Your Vision for 2023

On January 26, 2023, Traci Isaly will head up a group of Individuals who want to manifest their dreams and goals for 2023. Each participant will create their own Vision Board.

Join us for the opening reception of Edd Enders’ paintings on February 24th from 6 to 8 pm. The paintings will be on show at the Green Door Gallery from February 3rd through March 31st.

Michele Corriel

Wheatgrass Books will host Michele Corriel, author of Montana Modernists: Shifting Perceptions of Western Art, for a book talk & presentation, book signing, and reception Saturday, February 18th at 3 pm.

Taylor Robinson

Wheatgrass Books will host Taylor Robinson, author of Stu the Blue Porcupine, for a book signing Saturday, March 4th from Noon to 3 pm.

Dennis Gaub

Join us for a book signing with Dennis Gaub, author of “Lindbergh in Montana” on Saturday, April 15th from Noon to 3 pm.

Earth Day Poetry Showcase

Wheatgrass Books welcomes co-hosts Elliana Wester, Park High School student, and Heather White, author of “One Green Thing”, for Park High School’s Green Initiative Earth Day Poetry reading Monday, April 17th at 5 pm. The reading will be followed by a pizza party reception.

Earth Day Poetry by students of Park High School will be hung in the Green Door Gallery from April 16th-April 22nd, 2023, and Earth Day artwork by Mrs. Schwarz’s kindergarten class will be on display from April 17th – 29th, 2023.

Edward Hemingway & Sidewalk Chalk Party

Join us for a celebration of Independent Bookstore Day with Edward Hemingway. He’ll read with children at 11 am followed by a Chalk Party for all ages! Donuts from Daisy Donuts and coffee from Blue Bean Coffee Roasters. 

Drag Story Hour

Join us Saturday, May 20th, at 11 am for stories and crafts, in celebration of love, equality, & acceptance! Hosted by Livingston Pride Coalition. 

John Wright & James Pritchard 

Wheatgrass Books will host John Wright, author of “Fire Scars”, and James Pritchard, author of “Preserving Yellowstone’s Natural Conditions”, on Thursday, June 15th, at 7 pm.

Film Screening & Talk – “The Year of the Dog”

Wheatgrass will host a screening of the locally-filmed, award-winning indie feature, The Year of the Dog, on July 13th at 6 pm upstairs at Wheatgrass Books. The showing will be followed by a Q&A with filmmaker and Park High School graduate Rob Grabow. The event is free to the public.
